The 108 Sun Salutations Training Program

If you're serious about increasing your stamina, flexibility, endurance and strength, follow this seven weeks training program and you'll soon be able to practice 108 rounds Sun Salutations practice in a single session.  Sun Salutations are originally known as Surya Namaskar and it has been practiced in India for thousands of years for its physical and spiritual benefits.

If you are interested but think that there is no way you can finish 108 rounds of Surya Namaskar consecutively  don't worry.  I think you can do it! All you need is a good plan, plenty of discipline and little determination.

I am sure that many of you can already practice 12 to 16 rounds of consecutive Sun Salutations, but most people I know may not even be perform even 16 rounds of consecutive Sun Salutation practice.  Even if you can practice 16 rounds that is still way off from 108 rounds.

However, this blog is not about the reasons you are not able to complete 108 rounds.  Rather it is more about how you can reach 108 rounds not matter how many rounds you can do today.  If you follow my training program mentioned here I'm sure that you'll soon be able to do 108 rounds of Sun Salutations.
